My Walking Challenge during the month of February 2026

February is Heart Month 2026 and AACKA (African & Afro Caribbean Kidney Awareness) is shining a light on The British Heart Foundation (BHF). At BHF, their vision is a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer.

Where fewer hearts stop without warning and more of us can live well with the people we love. I’ve decided to fundraise for The British Heart Foundation and AACKA by taking on the BHF walking challenge and completing 100 miles during the month of February 2026.

I hope you’re able to support me by making a donation (no matter how small) to help support the work of these organisations.

Thank you
Sharon (AACKA)

You can donate by going to https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/DAEWMAB7QZ6AC

Donations received will be split 50/50 between both organisations.

I’ll be keeping you up to date each week on my progress so don’t forget to check back to see how I’m stepping my way to the 100 mile goal.
